Applications for places at our annual “Chemistry at Work” event in June have increased by over 50% this year and places for schools are almost fully booked. About fourteen 30-minute demonstrations will be running each day and over the three days we are expecting 600 students to attend in groups of 15 to 20 with their teachers.

16 demonstrations have been booked to date and we need 5 more. Any Companies, STEM Ambassadors, Student Teachers or Enthusiasts interested in taking part please contact us.

We are also expecting record applications for our Junior Event in October (see calendar). Schools who have not yet applied are advised to contact me quickly to avoid disappointment. For more information see the RSC’s short video of last year’s event.
